They look delicious and how good to know that the authors have gone to the trouble of converting the recipes for the UK market - so many don't seem to bother and it really makes a difference to me. That chocolate glazed one sounds delicious! In fact, they all look and sound great.I have seen unsweetened apple puree in jars in my local health food shop and have seen coconut oil in the same place, but also possibly in a couple of the supermarkets. It sounds like you've got good workarounds anyway though. |
